Their free published language learning and cultural material online have had hundreds of thousands of downloads to this day. Centre for Education and Innovation Research (CEIR) is a non-profit research institution in Riga, Latvia.
CEIR relies on the staff of professionals. CEIR staff is about 10 CEIR employees.
